No. This account is setup on the BuyPass/FiServ front end network. BuyPass is the most common network integration with Verifone, GilBarco and other Pay-at-the-Pump Fuel POS systems. This also enables the acceptance of all Fleet Cards in your store.
We are able to optimize your credit/debit card acceptance to provide a low monthly Effective Rate of 2.5%-2.7%. If the Effective Rate comes in over, we will adjust the account to reach the target.
We recommend Interchange Plus pricing for C-stores and other fuel merchants. This is the most cost efficient and transparent structure due to each card type processed shows the card brand cost for that card type. The cost passes through to the merchant and ALT-PAY adds a small basis point discount rate and transaction fee.
Interchange Plus pricing on your statement will show every fee associated with your account and you will even be able to calculate the dollar amount shared with ALT-PAY.
